- What is a motor vehicle fleet?
- A Fleet enables businesses with 10 or more vehicles to establish a common expiration month for their vehicles.

- A Fleet enables businesses with 10 or more vehicles to establish a common expiration month for their vehicles.
- To create a fleet you will need:
- A DR 2428 or DR 2194. Form must be submitted to Colorado State Department of Revenue.
- Once a fleet number is approved, the appropriate documents will be sent to the Fleet Owner and Pueblo County Clerks Motor Vehicle Office.
- All vehicle title/registrations must match the fleet name approved by Colorado Department of Revenue.
- A Letter of Authorization is required to transact on behalf of the business/company.
- SVID is required for authorized agent.
